What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy refers to a therapeutic interaction / intervention between a trained professional with a client/person. It aims to improve an individual’s sense of well- being and functioning.

What is Integrative psychotherapy?

Integrative Psychotherapy combines theory and practice of different models and trainings. In my practice I combine my trainings of analytical therapy and behavioural therapy with my knowledge and experience of working creatively with the unconscious and with symbolism.Within these concepts I integrate my sandtray therapy, play therapy and use of art as therapy to facilitate your awareness and decrease your distress.

What are Creative Therapies?

In creative arts therapy the emphasis is on creation and symbolism rather than producing a final product. I believe that through creative expression and using the imagination and symbolism of a person’s internal world, that person is enabled to process thoughts and feelings, which decreases distress. The collective human experience is creatively worked with and contained leading to healing and transformation.
